Must have one (or more) of the following health problems: Recent fall History of falls Risk of falls Fear of falls Vestibular dysfunction (Falls and Balance Clinic only) 2. Must live in one of the following areas: Falls and Balance Clinic Swan Hill Kerang Sea Lake Balranald Falls and Balance Group 100km radius of Swan Hill including: Lake Boga, Tooleybuc, Manangatang, Nyah, Nyah West, Vinefera, Beverford, Murray Downs 3. Must have a referral from one of the following: Hospital or community-based health professional General Practitioner (GP) Self-referral or referral from family members are accepted Cost The cost to attend the Falls and Balance Clinic is $10 Concession/$15 Non-Concession.
