Eligibility

1. Must have one (or more) of the following health problems:

• Unexplained falls or near falls
• Dizziness or balance problems
• Abnormality of balance and gait with unknown aetiology

2. Must live in one of the following areas:

• Greater Geelong and Barwon Region

3. Must have a referral from one of the following:

• Hospital or community-based health professional
• General Practitioner (GP)

Cost

The cost to attend the Falls and Balance Clinic $10 per visit.
