Must have one (or more) of the following health problems: History of falls 2. Must live in one of the following areas: Latrobe City 3. Must have a referral from one of the following: Hospital or community-based health professional General Practitioner (GP) Self-referral or referral from family members are accepted Cost There is no cost to attend the Falls and Balance Clinic or the Falls and Balance Program.
