Get to know us Our people Kayla Lock BDevSt, MstInterDevPractice Research Officer Kayla Lock is a Research Officer within the Social Gerontology division at NARI interested in program evaluation, including realist evaluation and implementation science. Kayla is also a PhD candidate with the University of Melbourne; her thesis titled “Implementing palliative care interventions in residential aged care: a realist inquiry” evaluated components of the NHMRC funded IMPART (Improving palliative care in residential aged care using telehealth) project. Kayla previously worked in the community sector coordinating social support programs for older people and people living with a terminal illness from a migrant background.
