Jin Li is a Research Assistant at NARI, working on the Befriending with GENIE project to support people living with dementia and their family caregivers from culturally and linguistically diverse (CaLD) communities. She is currently completing her PhD in medical anthropology at the University of Melbourne, where her research explores end-of-life experiences among Chinese migrants in Australia, with a focus on relational practices, institutional challenges, and ethical dilemmas. Jin has extensive experience in qualitative research, including ethnography, in-depth interviews, and cross-cultural analysis. Her broader interests include ageing, dementia care, migration, and the intersections of culture and health.
