• Falls and Balance Program (2 sessions per week for 6-weeks) 
• Face-to-face
• Telehealth

Eligibility

1. Must have one (or more) of the following health problems:

• Recent fall
• History of falls
• Risk of falls
• Fear of falls
• Vertigo/dizziness for investigation

2. Must live in one of the following areas:

• Loddon Mallee and Murray Shire Council

3. Must have a referral from one of the following:

• Hospital or community-based health professional
• General Practitioner (GP)
• Self-referral or referral from family members are accepted

Cost

The cost to attend the Falls and Balance Program is $10.20 per session.
