Nina Bowes is a senior strategy and innovation leader specialising in enterprise strategy, governance, research and reform. She has over a decade of experience operating at enterprise level, designing strategy, governance systems and implementation frameworks that enable complex organisational change.

Nina brings extensive experience across aged care, health and policy environments. As Director of Strategy and Innovation at Uniting AgeWell, she established the organisation’s Research and Innovation function and led the development of multiple strategies and frameworks, including dementia, environmental sustainability and home care. She oversaw a significant portfolio of research partnerships and externally funded projects, and played a key role in shaping organisational performance and strategic delivery.

She brings strong expertise in policy development, sector engagement and reform delivery at scale, with experience spanning roles at the National Aged Care Alliance Secretariat, the Council on the Ageing (COTA) Australia and the Victorian Healthcare Association. She has contributed to national research partnerships, sector frameworks and reform initiatives.
