I am a researcher with aged care industry experience. I have a strong interest in clinical concerns in older adults, workforce education, and innovation of in-home and residential aged care services. 

Project highlights:

• Pain Management Guide (PMG) toolkit for residential aged care (2^nd edition), in partnership with the Australian Pain Society 
• Surveying the consumer experience and satisfaction with in-home care, on behalf of the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety - Inside the system: home and respite care clients’ perspectives report
• Nation-wide survey of people living in residential aged care facilities, on behalf of the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety - Inside the system: aged care residents’ perspectives report

• Dementia up-skill training program for home care workers - PITCH
• Tool to assess dementia with Aboriginal people from regional and urban settings - KICA-Cog Regional Urban.
