NARI collaborated with Royal Freemasons Ltd in the implementation and evaluation of an enhanced model of care for residential aged care.

Called Tapestry of Care (or just Tapestry), this whole-of-person model of care provides an integrated approach to the care and services that can assist each resident on their journey in aged care.

Three tools have been developed for Tapestry. These tools are free to download and use.

A step-by-step implementation booklet is also available. Included in the booklet are the three tools, instructions on how to use them, and staff and customer information sheets about Tapestry (in English, Greek and Vietnamese).

The booklet also has section for answers to some common questions about Tapestry.

Tapestry is free to use for Australian Residential Aged Care Services.
