Andrew Simpson is a CFO, Non-Executive Director, Chair, Audit and Risk Committee Member, CPA and MAICD with over a long and considerable history of board-level and high-level executive experience in a variety of industries, and in particular in the health and information/data management sectors, as well as deep experience in the for-purpose and community sports sectors.

At board level, Andrew has considerable experience in driving improved governance processes that help organisations succeed in their mission, including leading growth, cost reduction, digital transformation, acquisitions and change management strategies.

Andrew also builds and leverages relationships with customers and all stakeholders across an organisation to support the organisation’s mission and continues to evolve his skills through CPA, AICD, other professional memberships.
