Healthy Ageing Quiz

The Healthy Ageing Quiz is based on the latest scientific evidence about healthy ageing with input from experts in the field. 

The Quiz was updated in 2021. Extensive input and feedback was collected from community members and older people as part of its development.

The Healthy Ageing Quiz is intended to provide general advice only. Every person is different. Not all of the questions and recommendations in this quiz may be relevant to you. Please consider your own individual circumstances, and speak to your healthcare team if you are unsure about making any changes.

Please consider the Healthy Ageing Quiz as a guide to start conversations about healthy ageing and to inspire you to take action where you can to improve your health and wellbeing.

In order to receive the final score you will be required to answer all questions.

Privacy statement

The Healthy Ageing Quiz is anonymous. No personal or identifiable information is collected or kept when completing the online quiz. 

On completing the quiz, you’ll receive an instant score and feedback on your quiz results. This will be available for you to download.
