Our 2020-2024 Strategic Plan captures our passion for making a difference to the lives of older people. Developed in close consultation with our staff and our Board, it maps out a clear and tangible path for delivering our goals and is a living document to guide our work and outcomes. Our vision is underpinned by our shared values.

At the heart of our Strategy is our vision: A world where older people are respected, healthy and included.

By bringing together our partners, our collaborators and supporters who share our aspiration, we will work together purposefully to bring this vision to reality.
