Must have one (or more) of the following health problems: Falls and Fractures Clinic Recent fall Past history of falls History of symptomatic and asymptomatic fragility fracture Clinical or para-clinical risk of fracture Gait and Balance Gym Recent fall Past history of falls Risk of falls 2. Must live in one of the following areas: Falls and Fractures Clinic City of Brimbank City of Hobsons Bay City of Hume City of Maribyrnong City of Melbourne City of Melton City of Moonee Valley City of Moreland City of Wyndham Shire of Macedon Ranges Gait and Balance Gym Metropolitan Melbourne and surroundings 3. Must have a referral from one of the following: Falls and Fractures Clinic General Practitioner (GP) Gait and Balance Gym As above Cost There is no cost to attend the Falls and Fractures Clinic or Gait and Balance Gym – please note that patients must be eligible for bulk billing via Medicare.
