About the Foundation

The Australian Ageing Research Foundation (The Foundation) has been established to support the research undertaken by the National Ageing Research Institute (NARI).

The Foundation aims to raise funds for research which will contribute to the health and wellbeing of older people and reduce the impact of conditions such as frailty and chronic disease.

Supporters can organise endowments through the Foundation. Endowments enable us to pursue research priorities which are not currently funded, such as elder abuse, quality of life, and put our research fundings into practice.
